Steer clear of this site. After waiting for two weeks, I got an email saying the item I ordered is out of stock, and they canceled my order without refunding my money yet. I won't be shopping here again, and I recommend you do the same.

I made my order, but then I noticed a few days later when I checked the tracking that it showed the package had been sent back. I never asked for it to be returned.

"Most of the stuff I got was pretty good..."
Most of the stuff I got was pretty good and arrived when expected, but I ran into some problems with a few items. One of the things I ordered still hasn’t shown up, and their communication leaves a lot to be desired. I shot off four emails and still haven’t heard back from them.

"The item is decent, but..."
The item is decent, but it's way too pricey... but you know, I really wanted it, so whatever. What really gets under my skin is that they have an email address and another method on the site to reach out about your product, BUT THEY NEVER REPLY!!! I sent multiple emails and also tried that feature on the page, and I NEVER HEARD BACK!! I think that's pretty lousy customer service, and since there's no phone number, trying to change your order within their 2-hour window is just not gonna happen!!

"Attempts to Reach Out to the Company 5 Times..."
I've reached out to the company five times now. No response at all!! I got someone else's tumblers instead of mine, and the flag was stitched the wrong way. I really want my order, but if they can't fix it, I'd prefer a refund or maybe both!

"One Ornament Still Not Here"
I’m still waiting on one ornament! Here’s the deal: I ordered a wine cup along with 4 custom ornaments. A week later, I got a notice saying my entire order was on its way. Then, a week after that, my package showed up, but all I got was the wine cup. I reached out every day for three weeks, and then out of the blue, I received a second package—no emails or anything—containing 3 of the 4 ornaments. As of now, I’m still missing one ornament, and there’s been absolutely no word from this company! It feels like a total scam and a really bad experience.

"Product differs from the image"
The item I got ain't what was shown. The back design ended up on the front instead. The front design? Yeah, that was totally missing. I reached out to customer support, but got no reply whatsoever. I even downloaded their app to keep an eye on the shipment like they said on their site, but I couldn't track it 'cause there were no updates.

"Awful item and even worse support."
I ordered a personalized tumbler on November 14 as a Christmas present. A month later, I still hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation (the website said it would arrive in a maximum of 10 days). I tried reaching out to the company twice, but got no response either time. The tumbler finally showed up a few days later, but the printing was all messed up and cut off. It looks terrible, so I asked for a refund. Weeks have gone by, and I haven't heard back from them at all. Now, I'm disputing the charge with my bank.

"Disappointed with After-Sales Support"
After waiting for my pricey order to arrive (didn't know it was a US-based company until I had already personalized the t-shirt), I found a line of stitching right over the text on the shirt that shouldn't have been there.
I shot off an email to Personal 84 right away with a picture attached, but all I got back were endless requests for a photo of me sporting the tee. I was really let down by the service. The t-shirt itself was awesome, just that stitching issue!

"My order arrived damaged and my email went unanswered!"
I got my order from you, and the container had a bit of damage. But when I opened it, the picture was creased across the middle and had been folded down the center. I tried to contact your company to fix this issue, but I got nothing back. My title was ... Not Happy. I snapped some photos of the damage and plan to share them on your Facebook page so folks can see how you treat your Veterans and the poor service you provide! From order #P84-68630. I was really excited to show this off in my home... I think I deserve it! And just so you know, that’s not all the spots... those are just the ones I could fit! Signed, Pissed!
